sun safety
UCV rays are the most dangerous.
The sun is the top source of vitamin D.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder about Sun Safety. You are correct, we really must put sunscreen on everyday, especially in New Zealand, as we have high rates of skin cancer.
Do you think you should wear sunscreen in the Winter too?
